Developers will be able to receive orders, and customers will be able to find performers.

To use the Free lance service, you need to be registered on the site https://o-s-a.net/

For the developer:

The developers page displays information about developers who are ready to fulfill orders.

To become a developer, you need to click on the button at the bottom of the page "become a developer":

After that, a form will open that you will need to fill out:

1. Platform filter. You need to specify the platform (one or more) for which you will be able to fulfill orders. If there is no platform you need, click on "+" to add it, enter the name in the form that opens and click "save".
2. Language filter. You need to specify the language (one or more) in which you are ready to fulfill orders. If there is no desired language, click on "+" to add it, enter the name in the form that opens and click "save".
3. A field for entering personal information (your resume, according to which the customer will decide whether to offer you an order or not). Here you can write information about yourself: education, work experience, etc.
4. Save button. After you have filled in all the blocks (platform, language, personal information), save the data by clicking on this button.

That's it! You have been added to the developer feed!

If you decide to change the previously specified information or remove yourself from the list of developers, you need to:
1. Find your entry in the developers' feed
2. In the lower right corner there are buttons for editing and deleting a record

If you want to become a developer, but are not registered on the site, you will have to register first.

You can not wait for an order to be offered to you, but choose orders from the order feed. If you liked the proposed order, just click on the "message" button in the field of the order you liked, a message sending form will open through which you can write to the customer.

For the customer:

The orders page displays information about the proposed orders.

To place your order, you need to click on the button at the bottom of the "add an order" page:

After that, a form will open that you will need to fill out:

1. Order name
2. Platform filter. Specify the desired platform
If necessary, add a new platform, click on "+", enter the name in the form that opens and click "save".
3. Language filter. Specify the language in which you need to complete the order. If there is no desired language, click on "+" to add it, enter the name in the form that opens and click "save".
4. Order description. Write down what needs to be done.
5. Budget (cost of order fulfillment). Specify the amount that you are willing to pay for the execution of the order.
6. Save order button. After clicking it, the order is sent for moderation. After the moderator approves your order, it will appear in the order feed, and you will receive a message that the order has passed moderation.

If you decide to change the previously specified information or delete an order from the list, you need to:
1. Find your order in the order feed
2. In the lower right corner there are buttons for editing and deleting a record

If you want to place an order but are not registered on the site, you will have to register first.

You can not wait for the response of programmers to your order, but choose an artist from the developers' feed. If you liked the developer, just click on the "message" button in the field with his information, a message sending form will open through which you can write to him.
